They came out immediately to assess and diagnose the situation. They told me what parts would be covered under my warranty and what I would be responsible for to complete the job. After we knew the problem, BSI was transparent on every step of the process from when the part was available to how long it would take to finish. I was never worried because I felt I was part of the process when the job was done.
