Bernhardt's is my GO-TO for any and all a/c questions, needs, concerns, issues, etc., especially since their experience expands two generations in the a/c and are a family business. Highly knowledgeable & experienced, cannot recommend Bernhardt's enough. They came out immediately to assess and diagnose the situation. They told me what parts would be covered under my warranty and what I would be responsible for to complete the job. After we knew the problem, BSI was transparent on every step of the process from when the part was available to how long it would take to finish. I was never worried because I felt I was part of the process when the job was done. I recommend anyone who wants help taking the pressure off your already stressful life to call BSI for any of their air conditioning needs.
